The traditional international junior tournament for the prizes of the Association "Belarusian Football Federation" and the Minsk City Executive Committee.
The national teams of Belgium, Bulgaria, Georgia, Israel, Iceland, Lithuania, Moldova, Slovakia, Tajikistan, Ukraine and Finland took part in the draw.
ABFF-Travel organized the reception and accommodation of all teams during the tournament.
